An outdoor dog photoshoot is relaxed, expressive and beautifully natural. Set against the landscapes of Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, we create images that reflect your dog’s spirit in open space.

Fields at golden hour, woodland paths, blossomed fields. Locations are chosen carefully to complement your dog’s colouring and your personal style.

Outdoor sessions are designed around freedom and flow.

Your dog can explore, sniff, play and simply enjoy the environment. I capture a mixture of gently guided portraits and natural, in-between moments — ears lifted by the wind, bright eyes mid-run, quiet connection as they sit beside you.

There is no rush and no pressure. Time is built in for settling, for play, and for calm pauses. Safety is always a priority, and each location is selected with that in mind.

  • Get in touch

    Give me a call or send me a text! Tell me about your pet and if we are a good fit you can book and we will start to plan your photoshoot and colour scheme. Also in this session you can start to build an idea of which products you may like.

  • The Photoshoot

    The session is relaxed, fun and stress free. I will take my time and if there is any sign of distress I will stop and let your pet relax. Treats and water are always available. I will use my expertise to capture the essence and character of your pet.

  • The viewing

    The reveal day! Seeing hundreds of images can be overwhelming so I will show you the best pictures from your dog photoshoot. I will help you make your selections and I will advise you which artwork would look best in your home.

  • The delivery

    After the viewing session, depending on your final choices, I will run a quality check of the artwork and when it’s perfect and meets my standards I will either deliver it to you or you are welcome to collect it from the studio.

FAQ’s

  • Sessions are held in a beautiful forest not far from the studio close to Thame , between Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. We choose a setting that complements your dog and the style of artwork you’d love in your home.

  • Reliable recall is helpful, but not essential. Your dog can remain on lead if needed, and leads can be edited in finished artwork. Safety always comes first.

  • If conditions are unsuitable, we simply reschedule. Beautiful light is important, and your experience should never feel rushed or compromised, but a bit of rain never stopped me to take incredible images.

  • Yes. Outdoor sessions are perfect for capturing connection, whether that’s a quiet portrait beside you or a natural walking image together.

  • Treats, a favourite toy, water, and a towel and walking boots or wellies if it’s muddy. I’ll guide you beforehand so you feel fully prepared.

  • Around 1–2 hours, allowing plenty of time for breaks and natural moments without pressure.
